A successful card payment creates an order reference (DTR…). Allow a short processing window before expecting the value to be usable for travel.
If payment failed
No charge should complete for a declined card. You may retry from the recharge form with the same tag and amount.
Still waiting?
Check your email spam folder for the receipt. Then contact us with the order ID from the billing confirmation screen.
